Pufi comes with a 3-day free trial so you can experience everything before committing. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep using the app.
What is Pufi exactly?
Pufi is a cute cloud character that lives in your app and grows alongside your smoke-free streak. It's also the name of the AI companion that talks you through cravings, celebrates milestones, and checks in on you every day.
How does the AI companion work?
Pufi is powered by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. You can chat with Pufi at any time — especially during cravings. Pufi remembers your recent conversations, learns your patterns, and responds in a warm, non-judgmental way. It's not a therapist, but it's always there.
What happens if I relapse?
No shame, no lecture. Pufi doesn't punish you for slipping up. Your earned badges stay with you forever, and your streak simply resets so you can start again. Pufi will be right there to help you get back on track.
What is craving mode?
When a craving hits, tap "I'm craving" from the home screen. Pufi switches to a focused mode with a 3-minute countdown timer — based on research showing nicotine cravings peak at around 3 minutes. You'll get breathing prompts, a message from Pufi, and quick relief options to help you get through it.
How does Pufi evolve?
Pufi grows with your streak. Starting as a tiny Sleepy Pufi on day one, it evolves through five stages — Happy, Glowing, Crowned, and finally Champion Pufi at 100 days. Each stage unlocks a new look and expression.
Is the app available in Spanish?
Yes. Pufi supports both English and Spanish. The AI companion will also respond in whichever language you write in.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time through your App Store account settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
