These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pufi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pufi Inc. ("Pufi," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Pufi is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, counselor, crisis service, or emergency response service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding nicotine dependence, smoking cessation, mental health, or any medical condition. Do not ignore or delay obtaining professional advice because of content provided through the Service.

6.1 Billing Platform. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
6.2 Auto-Renewal. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period.
6.3 Managing Subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
6.4 Pricing. Prices, trial periods, and available plans are displayed in the app and in the applicable app marketplace at the time of purchase. We may change pricing or available plans in the future to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the billing platform.
6.5 Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under their billing policies. Unless required by law, we do not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases processed by Apple.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or remove AI features at any time.
You may submit notes, messages, check-ins, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The Service, including the Pufi name, character, branding, software, design, graphics, text, features, and content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Pufi Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service.
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, subscriptions, notifications, AI processing, and app distribution. Your use of third-party billing platforms and marketplaces may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may offer experimental or beta features. These may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pufi Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, except where additional terms apply to specific features.
